Canadian-born and now Sydney-based, Carolyn moved to Australia in 2011 and carved out a career that blends technical mastery with a deep understanding of personal brand and business strategy.
With a background in high-end colouring, precision cutting, runway styling, and industry education, she brings real-world experience to her mentoring. In 2022, she founded Quarry Avenue – a boutique salon that quickly became known for its artistic spirit and customer-first ethos.
Today, Carolyn helps fellow stylists and salon owners move from burnout to balance, with practical tools, sharp insight, and genuine connection.
